1. Returns for Damaged Products

Customers may request a return or replacement if the perfume arrives damaged, broken, or leaking. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We guarantee that all perfumes sold are 100% authentic.

If a product is proven to be non-authentic or the fragrance performance does not match the stated quality and longevity standards, customers may request a review under our Golden Guarantee policy for an appropriate resolution.

3. Return Conditions
